The USGS (U.S. Geological Survey) have a file to Google Earth (KML, 10 KB) with live data about earthquakes on all world. The file is updated each 5 minutes and show earthquakes magnitude 1.0 and over.

You need google earth to see this. kml files (is not opensource)
